Each summer, we hire a select group of seasonal team members for Zipline Guide and Guest Services Associate positions based in Talkeetna, Alaska. Training typically begins in mid-May, with tours operating from late May through September.

ZIPLINE GUIDE
Zipline Guides are responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for guests while working confidently at height in an outdoor environment.
What You’ll Do
-
Guide guests through the zipline course while maintaining group flow and safety awareness

Conduct daily inspections of course components, safety systems, and gear
-
Properly fit harnesses and helmets and supervise the use of all required safety equipment
-
Lead participant orientation sessions and screen guests for course eligibility
-
Respond calmly and effectively to operational or emergency situations using established procedures
-
Participate in ongoing training to maintain guiding skills and certifications
-
Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding safety concerns or operational needs

Use digital systems for check-ins, communication, and daily documentation

GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE (DRIVER)
Guest Services Associates support the guest experience from arrival to departure. This role combines guest interaction, transportation, and daily operational support.
What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Safely transport guests to and from the zipline course in company vehicles

Assist with guest check-in, tour flow, and general questions
-
Communicate with guests, travel partners, and team members in person, by phone, or by email

Process reservations and complete required paperwork using computer-based systems

Maintain daily logs, vouchers, and shift documentation as required
-
Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition
-
Work with supervisors to resolve guest questions or concerns
